You can redeem the following rewards at any participating Gordon Biersch by letting your server know you would like to trade in your points for an instant discount.
Discount Rewards are not valid for tax or gratuity and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or prix fix meal. Discount Rewards are not available for cash or points if full value is not used. If a portion of the meal is paid for with a discount, gift certificate, or promotional gift card, Passport Points cannot be accrued for that portion of the check.

On 12/4/2018 we converted to our new Gordon Biersch Rewards Program. We did this to make receiving and redeemed rewards easier for the majority of our Guests. We knew that some users preferred the Passport program rules so we Grandfathered a select group of users based on their program history.
There are three easy ways. Register via the Gordon Biersch Mobile App for iPhone or Android, the Gordon Biersch rewards site or simply visit your nearest Gordon Biersch to receive a Passport Rewards card.

No, the Passport Rewards program is free to join.
No, you will still accrue points without a registered account. However, you must be registered to use any of your rewards.
No, you can sign up via our Gordon Biersch mobile app and participate by checking in with every visit.
Yes, as soon as you register and have at least one visit associated with your account, your $10 Welcome Reward will be stored on your Passport account. The $10 Welcome Reward will expire after 30 days.
You can earn credit by providing your server with your Passport Rewards card or registered phone number.
You can access your account via the Gordon Biersch Mobile App or by visiting us at rewards.gordonbiersch.com. If you have registered your card previously, select the "Account Login" link from the Passport Rewards page and enter your login information. We try to keep all account information current, however there may be some delay in making that data available to you. In order to have these points added, just email a copy of your receipt to Passport Guest Services (passport@gbrestaurants.com) along with your Passport card number.
Yes, Passport points will expire if your card is not used at least once within 12 months.
Your Passport card will not expire but it will become inactive if it's not used within 12 months. If your Passport card goes inactive, you will need to contact us to reactivate it. Once your card is reactivated, you will be able to earn points once again. If you need to have your card reactivated, please contact Passport Guest Services. passport@gbrestaurants.com
For prizes less than 750 points, you can redeem your Passport Points via your online account or our Gordon Biersch Mobile app. Note: Only one reward can be used per visit. We recommend that you wait to redeem your points until you are ready to use them.

Yes, Gordon Biersch will keep things fresh by updating available rewards from time to time.
Definitely! Simply visit your local Gordon Biersch and provide them with your card number or registered phone number. They will activate and transfer your information to a new card.
Stein Points aren't redeemed like Passport Points. Once you get to a certain price tier level, corporate will send your reward to the store for pickup. Once the store has received your prize, you will be notified via email that it is available for pickup.
