How do I join the Passport Program?

There are three easy ways. Register via the GBLife Mobile App for iPhone or Android, the Gordon Biersch website or simply visit your nearest Gordon Biersch to receive a Pasport Rewards card and register your card at https://passportrewards.myguestaccount.com/login/newuser.jsp

Is there a fee to join?

No, the Passport Rewards program is free to join.

Do I have to register it in order to get points for my visit?

No, you will still accrue points without a registered account. However, you must be registered to use any of your rewards.

Do I need a card to participate in the Passport Rewards program?

No, you can sign up via our GBLife mobile app and participate by checking in with every visit.

Is my $10 Welcome Reward stored on my Passport account?

Yes, as soon as you register and have at least one visit associated with your account, your $10 Welcome Reward will be stored on your Passport account. The $10 Welcome Reward will expire after 30 days.

How do I get credit when I visit Gordon Biersch?

You can earn credit by providing your server with your Passport Rewards card, registered phone number or mobile Passport check-in code.

To check-in, simply select your location via the mobile app and click check in. You will be provided with your temporary mobile Passport check in code.

How do I access my account online?

You can access your account via the GBLife Mobile App or by visiting us at gordonbiersch.com/rewards. If you have registered your card previously, select the "Account Login" link from the Passport Rewards page and enter your login information. We try to keep all account information current, however there may be some delay in making that data available to you. If you have any questions about registering your card or accessing your account, please contact Passport Guest Services. passport@gbrestaurants.com

How do I have points added for a visit when I didn't have my Passport card with me?

In order to have these points added, just email a copy of your receipt to Passport Guest Services (passport@gbrestaurants.com) along with your Passport card number.

Do Passport points expire?

Yes, Passport points will expire if your card is not used at least once within 12 months.

Does my Passport account expire?

Your Passport card will not expire but it will become inactive if it's not used within 12 months. If your Passport card goes inactive, you will need to contact us to reactivate it. Once your card is reactivated, you will be able to earn points once again. If you need to have your card reactivated, please contact Passport Guest Services. passport@gbrestaurants.com

How do I redeem for rewards?

For prizes less than 750 points, you can redeem your Passport Points instantly at any participating Gordon Biersch location. Let your server know that you would like to use your points for an automatic discount. You can also redeem your points ahead of time online.

For prizes greater than 750 points, you can email your redemption request, please submit an email to passport@gbrestaurants.com with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Passport Card #
  • Reward you would like to redeem for

Do Passport Rewards Change?

Yes, Gordon Biersch will keep things fresh by updating available rewards from time to time.

I lost my Passport card, can I get another one?

Definitely! Simply visit your local Gordon Biersch and provide them with your card number, registered phone number or mobile Passport check in code. They will activate and transfer your information to a new card.

I'm a Stein Club member and I have quite a few Stein Points. How do I redeem them?

Stein Points aren't redeemed like Passport Points. Once you get to a certain price tier level, corporate will send your reward to the store for pickup. Once the store has received your prize, you will be notified via email that it is available for pickup.
