A GB classic. This classic German - style lager is our lightest and most refreshing beer, delicately hopped with a clean crisp finish. If you were walking down the streets of Munich and simply order a beer, you would get something just like this.
This traditional German wheat beer is left unfiltered to bring out its sparkling, yet subtle notes of banana & clove. It was once reserved for Bavarian royalty but evolved into a breakfast or after church beer, a testament to its refreshing palate.
Hops: Cascade, Willamet
Malt: Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Caramunich
This is a classic Belgian-style Witbier brewed with unmalted wheat and wheat malt, spiced with coriander and orange peel and fermented with a traditional Belglian yeast. It is very light and is served with an orange slice.

Throwback East Coast IPA. Amber and malty, the rich body balances a substantial hop bitterness. This is a "triple A" version using Ahtanum, Amarillo and Azacca hops.

Inspired by the many wonderful brews of Düsseldorf, this is a rich copper-colored ale brewed with the increasingly rare Spalt Spalter hop. You *will* get off the train in Düsseldorf.
Malt: Pilsner, Dark Wheat, Red-X, Caramunich
We added an extra dose of Saaz hops to our classic Bohemian-style Pilsner and are serving it unfiltered. This is a tour-de-force of the Czech Saaz hop, boldly spicy and fragrant, unapologetically bitter yet well balanced.
Hops: Czech Saazer
Malt: Weyermann Pilsner, Caramunich
"Make a juicy hoppy beer" they said. "OK", said the crusty old German brewer. "If we're going to do this thing let's do it right." So he used a ridiculous amount of hops to create a singular fruity aroma and flavor.

Malt: Golden Promise, Aromatic, Caramel, Oats, Wheat
This traditionally brewed Festbier is unfiltered and full of malty flavors and subtle hop aromas. This beer is a great partner of Autumn weather, so enjoy a liter and sing "Ein Prosit"!
