A GB classic. This classic German - style lager is our lightest and most refreshing beer, delicately hopped with a clean crisp finish. If you were walking down the streets of Munich and simply order a beer, you would get something just like this.
This traditional German wheat beer is left unfiltered to bring out its sparkling, yet subtle notes of banana & clove. It was once reserved for Bavarian royalty but evolved into a breakfast or after church beer, a testament to its refreshing palate.
Hops: Cascade, Willamet
Malt: 2-Row, Caramunich
Roggen is German for rye. Our version of a rye ale we're calling a "Heferoggen" as it is zesty and cloudy. The rye malt lends a nice body and subtle spicy notes which are accented by the locally-grown Nugget hops (3 Brothers Hops, Kirkville NY)
Hops: Locally-grown Nugget
Malt: Rye malt, Wheat malt, 2-row, Caramunich
Inspired by the many wonderful brews of Düsseldorf, this is a rich copper-colored ale brewed with the increasingly rare Spalt Spalter hop. You *will* get off the train in Düsseldorf.

Throwback East Coast IPA. Amber and malty, the rich body balances a substantial hop bitterness. Five different American hop varieties add fruity/citrus notes.

An extremely smooth, auburn colored Bavarian lager with a mildly sweet, Munich malt finish. Our most popular beer, it was originally brewed in March ("März" in German) and stored in caves to be drunk during warmer weather.
Literally meaning "black beer" in German, this delectably dark lager has a surprisingly light body with a delicious, dry, roasted coffee finish.
