Shrimp and Chicken Potstickers
Eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner; fried, steamed or boiled; as a side item or main dish, jiǎozi (literally "pot sticker" in simplified Chinese), is perhaps the most common and versatile Far Eastern food in existence. We stuff our potsticker appetizers with generous amounts of shrimp and chicken, steam them until warm and aromatic, then drizzle them with a housemade Asian bbq sauce and spicy mustard.
