Kobe Sliders
Kobe beef is a delicacy, renowned for its flavour, tenderness, and well-marbled texture. The name Kobe refers to cuts of beef from the black Tajima-ushi strain of Wagyū cattle, raised according to strict tradition in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Our American Kobe beef is crossbred with other premium domestic cattle and retains the unique and exotic flavor profile of its Far Eastern heritage. It's from this amazing fusion of Eastern and Western beef traditions that we make our Kobe Sliders, grilled perfectly, topped with a pickle and our chef's own mustard sauce, served on a housemade roll.
