We start with sashimi grade tuna, dust it with our housemade blackening seasoning, then sear each side just enough to activate the spices and impart smokiness and texture, leaving the meat a cool, deep red and full of its natural rich flavor. Served with fresh baby greens tossed in our light, tangy miso vinaigrette.
