Churrasco Steak
While the term churrasco originates in the flame-grilled barbecuing traditions of South America, particularly Brazil, the traditional American version of the dish gained popularity in 1950s Miami. It's from this vintage local cuisine that we build this four-serving Baja-style taco dish, featuring thinly sliced beef grilled to perfection and served with spicy chimichurri sauce.
