Lobster and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
Unknown to many, the renowned Maryland crab cake actually comes in two varieties: the Boardwalk style, which is usually breaded, deep-fried and served on a bun; and the Restaurant style, which is pure lump crab meat with no fillers, seasoned and sauteed on a flattop grill. For this delicious seafood entree, we combine fresh lobster and lump crab meat with our chef-prepared seasonings, quickly sautee them on the flattop and serve them with housemade tartar sauce, apple cider coleslaw, our legendary garlic fries and our signature tartget sauce.
