Bistro Steak Medallions†
It's believed that French bistros were born of the imagination of Parisian landlords who would supplement their incomes by opening the kitchens in basement and ground floor apartments. They prepared foods that were simple, quick and, most importantly, delicious. It's in this spirit of simple, delicious French cuisine that we offer our Bistro Steak Medallions: tender marinated cuts of steak, topped with bleu cheese sauce and served with sides of roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Add a skewer of grilled marinated shrimp for a nominal charge.
